Paul William Levine (he/him) is an NYC-based playwright, director, producer, and arts administrator born and raised in sunny South Florida. Using dark comedy, his work explores modern tragedy through a queer lens. He holds a BFA from NYU Tisch and Playwrights Horizons Theater School. He now works at Roundabout Theatre Company, using theatre education as a vehicle to promote social equity and develop tools within communities around the city that historically have lacked access to resources. Previously, Paul has worked in literary departments at the Vineyard Theatre and Burning Coal Theatre Company, promoting new work and early career playwrights. Paul’s artistic work has been seen at The Brick/Exponential Festival, Dixon Place/Hot Fest!, Broke People Play Festival, Playwrights Downtown, and The New York Theatre Festival. He loves drinking seltzer, staring directly into the sun, and wearing a seatbelt.
